Full Tilt Online Poker Series Is Coming!

Full Tilt Poker will be holding their 12th Full Tilt Online Poker Series (FTOPS) in May. From its humble beginnings in August 2006 with 8 events and $1million in prizes it has gone from strength to strength.

Its current incarnation kicking off on the 6th May offers 25 events and a blistering $18million in prizes (including $2million in prizes in miniFTOPS).

The last event made 6 new millionaires including 2 new multimillionaires. The best events to enter, based on the last couple of years, if your short on entry money but big on skill are events 1 and 17. If you want fewer opponents for a bigger buy in check out events 12 and 22.

The big event, event 25, has a $500 buy in and usually about 5000 players. The good news? The average prize pot is $2.5 million plus.This year it will be played on the 17th May.
